Dr. John Izzo and his associates have consulted with senior executives in more than 150 of North America's most recognized and successful corporations. His work is highly respected by clients in the corporate sector such as Xerox, IBM, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, AT&T, Norwest Bank and NCR Corporation and he has worked extensively with organizations and associations in the service, healthcare, government and financial service sectors. Dr. Izzo's ground-breaking new book, Values Shift: The New Work Ethic and What it Means for Business defines how and why our work ethic is changing, and focuses on the six major values shifts people expect from work.
