N. Kristopher Hoce

N. Kristopher Hoce, was appointed President &
CEO of Forum Health in June 2000. Mr. Hoce joined Western Reserve Care System in 1990 as Administrator of Tod Children's Hospital.
He came to Youngstown from Columbus Children's Hospital, where he served in a number of administrative roles.
He had formerly been at The Ohio State University Hospitals, also in Columbus.
Mr. Hoce was named a vice president in 1995 and had responsibility for a variety of programs and services in his tenure in this role.
Mr. Hoce received his graduate and undergraduate degrees from Ohio University.
Michael T. Rowan
President and Chief Executive Officer
Humility of Mary Health Partners
Growing up in Toledo, Ohio where his father, Dr. Charles Rowan started his practice, Michael had frequent exposure to the healthcare industry working after school in his father's office and volunteering at local hospitals.
He attended Miami University and received a BS in Business administration.
Immediately following graduation, he attended the University of Michigan's Program in Hospital Administration from which he graduated in 1982.
After graduation from the University of Michigan, he began a one-year Administrative Fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. His career has been marked by upward progression of jobs in hospitals throughout the Eastern United States including New York, Philadelphia, Toledo, Savannah,
and Sarasota. Along the way, he was named an "Up and Comer" by Modern Healthcare Magazine in 1997 and has done consulting work with National Health Systems in both Spain and France.
He currently serves as Senior Vice President for Catholic Healthcare Partners managing the activities of its Northeast Ohio Region.
Melvin Creely
President and Chief Executive Officer
East Liverpool City Hospital
Melvin Creely is President and Chief Executive Officer at East Liverpool City Hospital where he has served for fourteen years.
Prior to his tenure at East Liverpool, he held various positions including three as Chief Executive Officer, and has completed four years of active duty with the United States Marine Corps.
Mr. Creely's professional education includes an Associate Degree in Accounting from Broom Community College,
a Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management from Bryant College, and a Masters
Degree in Health Administration from George Washington University.
Mr. Creely is very active in a number of professional organizations and holds memberships in the Ohio Hospital Association, American Hospital Association, and as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Howard E. Rohleder
President and Chief Executive Officer
Salem Community Hospital
Howard Rohleder joined the staff of Salem Community Hospital as Assistant Administrator in 1992 and was appointed to his current position of President/CEO in 1998.
Under his leadership, the Hospital has enhanced the services it provides to meet the healthcare needs of Salem and the surrounding area.
Currently, the Hospital is completing a 15 million dollar expansion project that features a three-story addition to the existing building, elevated walkway and medical office building.
Mr. Rohleder completed his undergraduate degree in Economics and Management at Albion College in Michigan and received his Master of Health Administration degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus.
He became a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives in 1987 and attained Fellowship status in 1996.
Prior to joining Salem Community Hospital, Mr. Rohleder was employed as Vice President of Operations at Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark, Ohio.
He has also held senior-level management positions as a healthcare consultant for Ernst and Whinney and Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
An active member of the Salem community, he is a Past-President of the Salem Rotary Club and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the new Salem Community Center.
