The Workforce Summit Initiative™ is a collaborative workforce development tool designed to be a catalyst for change. The Hill Group, Inc. has managed Summit Initiatives to address regional workforce needs and enable industry cluster development. Through the use of a dynamic facilitation method, the Workforce Summits have produced actionable plans.

All too often, such planning takes place in a vacuum, among a board or steering group. The Workforce Summits present a new environment for building consensus and a catalyst for change by enlisting the support of numerous stakeholders in a cooperative environment.
